Location and Parking
Our office is located at the Rose Medical Center Campus, in Physician’s Office Building Two (POB II) at 4500 East 9th Avenue, Suite 610. We are on the south side of 9th Avenue between Clermont and Cherry Streets.
Patients and visitors may park in the main hospital parking garage on the north/east corner of 9th and Cherry Street which offers free parking. Valet service is also provided in the front of our building, which is free of charge. Limited metered parking is available around the building.
